Shipping Policy For Welcome Creations / Sugnaa

FOR DOMESTIC/INDIAN SHIPMENTS:

• Sugnaa/Welcome Creations delivers free for all orders across India.

• Payment options of Cash on Delivery (COD) and Online Payment can be used to place orders on www.sugnaa.com.

• All orders are dispatched within 2–4 business days of order placement. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.

• Made to Order / Custom Orders may take slightly longer to dispatch. You will be informed of any delays via email.

• Once dispatched, delivery may take 1–4 business days depending on the destination city.

• Dispatch details with tracking number are sent to your registered email ID and/or WhatsApp.

Delivery Time:
Deliveries may take up to 10–15 business days or more under special circumstances. Due to high demand, there might be delays. We are doing our best to ensure timely delivery and appreciate your patience.

FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:

• We ship worldwide via our trusted logistics partner(s).

• We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses.

• All international orders are accepted only as PREPAID orders.

Mode of Payment:

• Debit/Credit Cards via Razorpay

• Bank Transfer (INR only; currency conversion charges, if any, to be borne by the customer)

• PayPal

Shipping Cost:

• Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on order size and destination.

Delivery Timeline:

• Orders are dispatched within 7–10 business days, once all products in the order are ready. We do not dispatch incomplete orders.

• Made to Order or Customized Orders may take longer; delays will be communicated via email.

• Once shipped, tracking information is shared via email.

• Delivery may take 10–15 business days (or more under special circumstances) from the dispatch date (some areas may take longer due to customs clearance timelines).

Duties and Taxes (DDU – Delivery Duty Unpaid):

• International orders are shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU).

• This means any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes are not included in the product or shipping cost and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

• We recommend checking with your local customs office for any additional charges that may apply before placing the order.

• If a customer refuses to pay the duties and the shipment is returned or held, Sugnaa or Welcome Creations will not be liable or responsible for any kind of loss of the customer.

Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges:

• Cancellation requests will be entertained only as long as the order is still in processing. once dispatched, we can't cancel the order.
  

• Exchanges are not accepted for international orders.

• Returns are not accepted under any circumstances except defective product received for which we'll need opening video of the untampered/unopend parcel as proof.
