Domestic Shipping (India)

We offer free shipping across India on all orders placed on Sugnaa.com.

Payment Options

You can place an order using:

• Cash on Delivery (COD)
• Online Payment

Order Processing

• Orders are usually dispatched within 2–4 business days after confirmation.
• Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.
• Made-to-Order or Custom pieces may take slightly longer to prepare. If there are any delays, we will notify you via email.

Delivery Timeline

Once your order is dispatched, delivery typically takes 1–4 business days, depending on the destination city.

In rare cases such as high demand, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances, delivery may take 10–15 business days or longer. We appreciate your patience in such situations.

Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive the tracking details via email and/or WhatsApp.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide through our trusted logistics partners.

Important Notes

• We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses.
• All international orders must be prepaid.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on the order size and destination.

Order Processing

International orders are dispatched within 7–10 business days, once all items in the order are ready.

We do not ship partial orders.

For Made-to-Order or Customized items, dispatch may take longer. Any delays will be communicated via email.

Delivery Timeline

After dispatch, international deliveries usually take 10–15 business days, depending on the destination.

Delivery times may be longer due to customs clearance or local courier delays.

Tracking details will be shared once the order is shipped.

Customs Duties & Taxes

All international shipments are sent on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.

This means:

• Import duties
• Customs charges
• Local taxes

are not included in the product or shipping cost.

These charges must be paid by the customer upon delivery, as per the regulations of the destination country.

We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order.

If duties are refused and the shipment is returned or held by customs, Sugnaa / Welcome Creations will not be responsible for any resulting loss or delay.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled only while they are still being processed.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
