Return & Exchange Policy

At Sugnaa, we strive to ensure every transaction with us is seamless and meets the highest quality standards. To maintain this commitment, we adhere to the following policies:

1. No Returns

   • We provide free returns within 3 days of delivery.
   • Products purchased in the sale are non-returnable. 
     
     

2. Credit Notes

   • If a customer is dissatisfied with their purchase, we may issue a credit note. This allows you to shop with us again, ensuring your satisfaction in subsequent purchases.
   • Original shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable. These charges are incurred towards third-party logistics services and are not eligible for credit note issuance or reimbursement.
     
     

3. Size Exchanges

   • We offer size exchanges if there is a discrepancy.
   • Exchanges are subject to applicable shipping charges, which will be communicated at the time of the request.
   • Multiple exchange requests for the same order: Only one exchange is allowed per order.
   • Multiple or repeated requests for the same product/order ID will not be processed. 
     
     

4. Exchange Request Timeline

   • Any exchange request must be initiated within 72 hours of delivery.
   • Use Returns/Exchange for raising a request
