Return & Exchange Policy for India

At Sugnaa, we take immense pride in ensuring that every transaction you have with us is flawless. Our dedication to upholding the highest quality standards is reflected in the following policies:

Returns Policy

1. We have an exchange-only policy at the moment; Customers are entitled for an exchange if they don't find the product(s) true to their size
2. We only provide one exchange per order in under any circumstances, we don’t provide a second exchange.
3. To be eligible for an exchange, item(s) must be in the same condition as you received them. Products should be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging box. You’ll also need the payment receipt or proof of purchase
4. In case we don't have your desired size available, you will be entitled to choose an *alternate product of the same amount* or *store credits* will be issued to you which can be used *within 6 months* from the issue date
5. Exchange window: *72 Hours post-reception*
6. Mode of return: *Self-serve;* Customer needs to bear the shipping fees and send it back to the mailing address

Please ensure to raise an exchange request with us prior to sending the products back, products shipped without raising exchange request will not be accepted

Note: Items purchased in any 'Sale' are not eligible for returns

Damage/Defective/Wrong Supply of Products

We urge customers to verify the ordered items and quantities before accepting the shipment from the logistics provider. Please note the following:

1. At the Time of Delivery

   • ⁠Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us *within 24 hours* post-delivery if the item is defective/damaged/incorrect. We'll look into the situation right away and provide the best resolution.

2. Post-Delivery Action

   • If you find a manufacturing defect, damage, or receive an incorrect item, please email us at SUPPORT@SUGNAA.COM within 24 hours of receiving the package.

   • Your email should include comprehensive details along with clear pictures of the issue. This will help our Customer Support Team investigate and resolve the matter promptly.

3. Quality Check and Resolution

   • Our Quality Check team will verify the reported defects. Once confirmed, we will contact you to arrange for the appropriate action, including repairs, exchanges, or replacements.

   • Please ensure that the product returned is in fresh, unworn condition, with all original tags intact and undamaged.

NOTE: ⁠Reporting of defective/damaged/incorrect products *post 24 hours* will not be entertained

Reverse Pickup & Delivery

• For Exchanges: We will arrange a reverse pickup of the product and dispatch the exchanged garment as soon as we receive the original product.

• Shipping Charges: The customer will bear the courier charges for exchanges, except in cases of damaged or incorrect products, where no reverse pickup charges will apply.

Incorrect/Incomplete Shipping Address

• Exchanges cannot be processed if:

  • An incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided.

  • There are three unsuccessful delivery attempts by our shipping agency.

  • The package is refused by the receiver.

Colors

• We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in device screens and monitors, we cannot guarantee perfect color accuracy.

Alteration Requests

We recommend referring to our size chart before making a purchase. If you are unsure about your size, feel free to reach out to us at SUPPORT@SUGNAA.COM for guidance or customization requests.

1. Steps to Raise an Alteration Request:

   • Email us at SUPPORT@SUGNAA.COM, detailing the alteration required.

   • Once we receive the product, we will make the necessary alterations and return it to your preferred size.

2. Courier Charges:

   • All courier charges for alterations will be borne by the customer.

Cancellation Policy

1. Products that are dispatched from our end are not eligible for cancellation.
2. Cancellations can only be entertained if the order is still processing and not dispatched.

Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges for Anywhere that isn't India ( International )

• Cancellation requests will be entertained only as long as the order is still in processing. once dispatched, we can't cancel the order.
  

• Exchanges are not accepted for international orders.

• Returns are not accepted under any circumstances except defective product received for which we'll need opening video of the untampered/unopend parcel as proof.
  • Because of the logistical challenges involved in exchanging International orders, we'll refund the amount related to the defective item(s) in the order as store credit which is valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.
