Returns & Exchanges (India)
Exchange Policy
We currently offer exchange only.
You can request an exchange if:
- The product does not fit your size, or
- There is a defect or incorrect item delivered.
Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for an exchange:
- The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- All original tags and packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase must be provided
We allow only one exchange per order.
If the requested size is not available, you may choose:
- An alternate product of the same value, or
- Store credit valid for 6 months
Exchange Window
Exchange requests must be raised within 72 hours of delivery.
How to Request an Exchange
Please contact us first before sending the product back.
Products sent without a prior exchange request will not be accepted.

Return Shipping
- Exchanges are self-serve
- Customers are required to ship the product back to us
- Courier charges will be borne by the customer
Sale Items
Products purchased during sale or promotional offers are not eligible for exchange.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
We request customers to check the package at the time of delivery.
Reporting Timeline
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
How to Report
Email us at support@sugnaa.com with:
- Clear photos of the product
- Details of the issue
- Your order information
Our Quality Check Team will review the case and provide an appropriate resolution such as:
- Repair
- Replacement
- Exchange
Requests reported after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
Returned products must be unused and in original condition with tags intact.
Reverse Pickup & Exchange Dispatch
For approved exchanges:

Once the original product reaches us, we will dispatch the exchanged item.
Courier Charges
- Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs.
- If the product received is damaged or incorrect, shipping charges will not apply.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Exchange requests may not be processed if:
- An incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided
- The courier company makes three unsuccessful delivery attempts
- The package is refused by the recipient
Product Colors
We try to display product colors as accurately as possible.
However, colors may vary slightly due to different screen settings and device displays.
Alterations
We recommend referring to the size chart before placing an order.

Alteration Process
- Email us with details of the alteration required.
- Ship the product back to us.
- Once received, we will complete the alteration and return the product.
All courier charges for alterations will be borne by the customer.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only while they are still being processed.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
International Orders
Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for international orders.
Returns
Returns are not accepted, except in the case of defective products.
To report a defective item, you must provide:
- An opening video of the sealed parcel
- The video must clearly show the defect
- The parcel must be untampered and unopened before recording
Resolution for Defective Items
Due to logistical constraints, we will issue store credit equal to the defective product value.
The store credit will be valid for 6 months from the issue date.
