Return & Exchange Policy

Returns Policy- We have an exchange-only policy at the moment; Customers are entitled for an exchange if they don't find the product(s) true to their size
- To be eligible for an exchange, item(s) must be in the same condition as you received them. Products should be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging box. You’ll also need the payment receipt or proof of purchase
- In case we don't have your desired size available, you will be entitled to choose an *alternate product of the same amount* or *store credits* will be issued to you which can be used *within 6 months* from the issue date
- Exchange window: *7 days post-reception*
- Mode of return: *Self-serve;* Customer needs to bear the shipping fees and send it back to the mailing address

Damage/Defective/Wrong Supply of Products

Quality Check and Resolution

Our Quality Check team will verify the reported defects. Once confirmed, we will contact you to arrange for the appropriate action, including repairs, exchanges, or replacements.

Please ensure that the product returned is in fresh, unworn condition, with all original tags intact and undamaged.

Reverse Pickup & Delivery

For Exchanges: We will arrange a reverse pickup of the product and dispatch the exchanged garment as soon as we receive the original product.

Shipping Charges: The customer will bear the courier charges for exchanges, except in cases of damaged or incorrect products, where no reverse pickup charges will apply.
Incorrect/Incomplete Shipping Address

Exchanges cannot be processed if:

There are three unsuccessful delivery attempts by our shipping agency.

The package is refused by the receiver.
