Returns Policy

Sugnaa offers free returns/exchanges within 7 days of delivery for unused items with original tags and packaging intact. After 7 days, no returns/exchanges are possible. Only one exchange/return is allowed, so choose the correct size/color initially. For damaged, defective, or wrong products, raise an exchange request on the website. Multiple items require separate requests.

After the return request has been made to customer service, it usually takes 4 business days for the product to be picked up from you and an additional 7 days to initiate a refund after a successful inspection of the product by the quality control department. Once the item is received in our warehouse, it undergoes a quality check which takes approximately 2 days. Receipt of the refund will depend on the payment method chosen by you. The expected timeline for refund is: 7 Days after successful Quality Check.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
